Our assessment begins with a detailed appointment that includes questionnaires, exploring current sleep problems and history in order to recommend options to improve sleep quality.

What is included in the Personalized Sleep Therapy
This therapy includes an individualized intake, customized sleep plans, holistic recommendations, digital guidebook to keep and review, live virtual meetings in small group format (6 max).
RESET has long-term impacts on sleep; however, the more you continue to practice the skills learned the easier it is to maintain your sleep improvement. You will also keep your guidebook to review materials when needed.
How long before I can see improvements in my sleep
